Independent procurement role
We connect building briefs to reviewable supplier proposals in China. This site is an independent procurement coordination service, not the original Wick Buildings brand website or an authorized distributor.
Evidence travels with each quotation. A proposed building system is useful only when its scope, assumptions and exclusions are visible to the buyer and the project design team.
We do not own the factories represented in a sourcing shortlist. Selected suppliers manufacture the goods, while appointed engineers, inspectors and local authorities determine what documentation and approvals a project requires. Our contribution is the coordination record that helps those parties ask the right questions early.

Every inquiry starts with a defined location and design basis. Wind, snow, seismic, fire, energy and accessibility requirements vary by jurisdiction. We ask suppliers for the calculations, material certificates, test reports and installation information relevant to that project, then flag missing evidence for expert review.
These are working records prepared for a particular request, not blanket certifications or downloadable claims about unnamed suppliers. The buyer may request source documents and independent review before placing an order. We keep the final decision with the purchaser and the responsible project professionals.
At the outset we also ask which parties own design authority, installation and local approval. For a coastal site, coating selection and sealed details require a different review from an inland warehouse. For a workshop, crane loads and service penetrations may drive different drawings. Those differences belong in the RFQ before a supplier quote is judged complete.
Tell us where the building will stand, what it must do and which documents your project team needs.
